RnR Gambang and the story of focus on solution not problem
One day about 5 years ago I stopped at Gambang RnR in Lebuh Raya Pantai Timur. I went to the petrol station however only to find out that only one counter opened while the other one closed. It was during a festival season so you can imagine the crowd. Therefore the opened counter got a very long que. Then I asked the cashier why they did not open the other counter since the queue was so long. The cashier then replied the reason they closed the other counter because they did not have anymore small change for the counter. Then I suggested to her that why not open another counter but only open for those who want to pay the exact amount or card for their purchase. I helped her by announcing the matter to all the customer inside the outlet. Then straight away the queue divided in two and off course I be the first one at the new counter. All customer seem happier and the cashier seem have a relief look. I feel so good that evening as I believe my instance solution and...
